Shark Tale

Now that was fun!! Watched Shark Tale this evening with a few good friends and it was happy time all the way! What a nice way to end a week (well technically end a week seeing as it's Friday... but I'm due back at work in about 4hrs so... D'oh!!)

I tell ya, it never ceases to amaze me how they can animate animals to look so much like the actors/actresses. And it's the little things they do that remind you of them.

Shark Tale was excellent. I don't want to give too much away cause you really have to watch it. For those who haven't seen the trailers and stuff... it's about (wait... did you avoid the trailers? if so... don't read the rest of this paragraph!) ... a little fish called Oscar (voice actor played by Will Smith) who was in the right place at the right time, and ended up being known to the rest of the reef as The Shark Slayer. (yeah, it's exactly as you see it... he claimed the death of a shark as his own kill....) Anyway, he gets famous... and all sorts of things happen. I can't really say more without spoiling it too much so go and make a day of it! If you're in need of a laugh, it's a good watch!!

I also scored the soundtrack to the movie! It's quite retro, but very hip!!
